Regina Obe is a web application and database expert with extensive experience in PostgreSQL and SQL Server data-driven web applications. She has over 20 years professional experience in various programming languages and database systems. She is an expert on PostGIS spatial database engine and is a member of the PostGIS project steering committee, the PostGIS core development team, pgRouting development team, and GEOS development and project steering committee. Caitlin is a senior web developer. She holds a BS degree in Physics and Astronomy from Boston University. She specializes in ASP.NET, PHP, and HTML5 development. She is the resident expert on integrating applications with web services such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Apis, and Credit card gateways. She has extensive experience with SQL and relational database modeling using PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and MS Access databases. In her former work study she did scientific modeling and simulation using Fortran.
